The Journal of Wah Medical College (JWMC) is the official journal of Wah Medical College (WMC) launched in 2024 by Wah Medical College, Wah Cantt. JWMC is committed to publishing high-quality and latest studies or research in all major and minor disciplines of medicine and allied fields for surgeons, general physicians & practitioners, nurses and pharmaceutical researchers. It is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal and published biannually in the month of June and December. The JWMC follows the guidelines and recommendations of the Pakistan Higher Education Commission (HEC), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and the International Committee of Medical Journals Editors (ICMJE). The journal is open to researches carried out in medical, dental, nursing, rehabilitation, paramedical, and health sciences. The JWMC encourages health professionals for innovative and creative research publications to offer the best possible readership to the health community having a mission to promote the science of health, medicine and allied fields for better public health. To achieve this mission, the JWMC publishes a wide variety of original research, review articles and case reports pertinent to various disciplines in the field of health, medicine and allied fields under the guidelines of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
