| Journal Description | Revista ESMAT is an open-access scientific journal published by the Escola Superior da Magistratura Tocantinense (ESMAT), Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), Brazil. Established in 2009, the journal publishes original scientific research in Law, Human Rights, Applied Social Sciences, and related interdisciplinary fields. It adopts double-blind peer review, assigns DOI identifiers to published articles, operates through the Open Journal Systems (OJS), and provides immediate open access to its scientific content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
