JASA is an international, scientific and refereed e-journal published online and with open access. The language of the journal is Turkish or English. It is published twice a year (July and December). The concept of architectural has evolved into a branch of science and art, which includes many versatile and diverse disciplines, rather than the scale of a single building (building). In this context, Architectural Science has become the common platform of disciplines that include spatial planning, design, repair, protection and management. The main objective of JASA is to create an environment for transporting, accessing and sharing information free of charge to all segments of the society with all dimensions of architectural such as scientific, artistic, ecological, social, economic and technological, providing multi-dimensional added value as much as possible and providing international, high quality and make it a unique publishing platform. The objectives stipulated in the JASA journal are; In the context of producing livable and healthy spaces, protecting natural and cultural values and sustainability, scientific information production, product and technology development, encouraging collaboration with related disciplines to provide multi-dimensional added value and sharing multi-directional information. The JASA prioritizes scientific studies in the form of "original research articles" and "compilation" written on any subject related to theoretical and practical issues that may be related to spatial planning and design, protection, repair, management and economic etc. dimensions. In addition, the study subjects of various disciplines such as Building Architecture, Landscape Architecture, City and Regional Planning, Interior Architecture, Industrial Product Design, Civil Engineering, Forest Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Biology, Geography, Mining Engineering, Sociology, Archeology, Business Administration can be published in JASA. No evaluation and application fee is charged for the articles submitted to the journal. All articles submitted to the journal are firstly evaluated by the editorial board and if it is suitable, it is reviewed by at least two academic reviewers chosen by the editorial board. JASA uses double-blind review, meaning that the identities of the reviewers and authors are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. All articles published in the journal comply with the provisions of the “YOK Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive” and the relevant legislation and ethical principles published by the Editorial Ethics Committee (COPE). In the articles to be published in the JASA, the ETHICAL COMMITTEE PERMIT will be mandatory for the publications that started in 2020. In the articles to be published in the journal, the rules of Scientific Ethics and Publication ethics must be strictly followed. A DOI number is assigned for each article published in the journal. All articles should have a "Similarity Rate" of at most 18% using the TURNITIN program. It accepts the principles defined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and adopts the Open Access Policy.
