| Journal Description | Business Excellence and Management (BEMAN) is an international peer-reviewed journal founded by the Faculty of Management, the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, in December 2011. BEMAN is issued quarterly (in March, June, September and December) in print form. It is a scholarly fully and immediately open access journal. The articles can be downloaded as full-text PDFs with free electronic access from the website of the journal.
