Journal Detail

The Journal is intended to serve as a forum for discussion and exposition of various forms of public administrative systems of the world and in various aspects like administrative structures, functions, reform processes, relationship of Public Administration with politics, people, society and economy. Burning issues intersecting governance, administration and management, distribution and dispersal of power, local bodies and such other subjects preferring a reference to Bihar and behavioural dimensions of these aspects cannot be ignored by this Journal. Certainly the Journal does not seek to be a vehicle for comments either of a political party, a pressure group or an association, however, collaboration with academic institutions for furtherance of public administration and governance cannot be avoided.
