Revista de Estudios Globales. Análisis Histórico y Cambio Social (REG) is an international, double blind, peer-reviewed, open-access e-journal. The Journal publishes research that addresses issues relevant to the understanding and transformation pathways of contemporary political and social challenges. Articles that are of interest not only to a specialized scientific field but to a wide audience of readers will be considered, seeking to have an international focus both on the topics of the articles published and on the authors who publish in our journal. Articles will be evaluated according to the criteria of the reviewers, editors and for their contribution to collective scientific knowledge. Published works should include a bibliographic review and a solid knowledge of the theories. All papers send to REG must be original and unpublished, nor in press or to be published simultaneously in other journals or editorial bodies. Any controversy raised by the authors regarding the evaluation process can be appealed to the journal in case of disconformity with the peer review process; however, the directive members of REG retain the right to decide the publication. A period of 2 months is calculated to receive the first evaluation from reviewers and 4 months to publish in case to receive a positive evaluation from the review process.
